This item has been graded per TCA standards C-7: Excellent based on visual appearance. There are a few scuffs and imperfections in the paint throughout. The windows have yellowed a bit. There is wear on the wheels from light previous use. This item is from the Guinness World Record book for the largest collection of model trains in 2016. Officially Amazing.
